Monday - last edited Monday by TheAntiSocializer
I have had the app open earlier then tried to open it again. And now will only hear the sound so I walk out of bounds and see the main page that I can either try again our quit for the app. It's happening to all my apps.

- Is this happening on the headset by itself or while connected to a PC?
- What update is your device on?
- Were there any changes made to your device before this started happening?
- Which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far, if any? We don't want to ask you to repeat anything if it is not necessary.

I just bought a brand new Meta Quest 3. After I setup the headset and downloaded the Apps it worked initially. The headset then updated and when I tried to launch an App, I heard the music but the headset will not launch into virtual reality mode. I factory reset the headset and the problem happened again.

After you factory reset the headset, before the problem came back, were you able to launch apps again? The second time that the issue occurred, did it try to apply another update, or did it seem random?
