The Evolution of Ladder Racks
Traditionally, Ute ladder racks have been a tubular construction, usually in a chrome finish. Due to this construction, there was no option to have built-in channels which means any modification or adaptation required intensive modification. As the needs of Ute users evolve, we at HSP decided to challenge the status quo.
Available as a Rear Ladder Rack:
The HSP Load Rack offers complete adjustability using our Load Rack legs. These specialised legs allow you to easily raise or lower the rack to accommodate various cargo heights, making it the perfect choice for Ute owners who require a versatile cargo rack. A standout feature is the ability to mount popular accessories from brands like Yakima, Rhino Rack, and Thule directly onto the leg mounting points, regardless of rack height. This flexibility enhances the HSP load rack’s utility for both work and leisure activities.
Built-In Channels
In our quest for perfection, we’ve integrated versatile mounting channels into every aspect of the HSP Load Rack. These channels provide endless customisation options, accommodating a wide range of accessories such as kayak holders, ladder straps, and recovery gear. Additionally, this vehicle accessory offers a clean and secure solution for mounting beacon and LED lights. To attach your preferred accessories, simply utilise the included channel nuts for a quick and easy setup. And away you go!

Weight ratings are crucial when comparing ladder racks. At HSP we are proud to say that our Load Rack has an industry leading weight capacity of 150kg of dynamic weight and 300Kg of static weight when using the full kit. (Please note that the weight rating given is specific to the Load Rack. It is up to the user to determine whether their vehicle can handle additional weight and if it requires additional bracing.)

Front & Rear Ladder Rack Setup Available
The HSP Load Rack Pro is designed to suit your needs and is available in diverse configurations. Available in a rear bar kit allowing you to retain your factor sports bars, a front bar kit to protect your cab or a complete kit which includes the front and rear bar and two joiner bars.
Our Ladder Rack works with and without a Roll Top
Unlike traditional ladder racks that are designed to mount only to your tub, the HSP Load Rack has an option for both. Simply order the kit to suit your application and we will include the relevant specialised feet for a stress-free installation directly to the side rails of the HSP Roller Cover, however it’s not compatible with a Sports Bar.
Please note: Compatibility is specific to the Roll R Cover S3 and above.
Alloy Construction
The Load Rack is made from aluminium extruded to perfection. The design not only looks phenomenal on the vehicle but also achieves our goal of minimizing the risk of rust. Additionally, the design perfectly disperses weight, so it is possible to have both strength for carrying and a lightweight design that helps with your vehicles GVM
